Retrieves the colour of an individual pixel of a PixelMap.
Any pixel coordinates outside of the PixelMap's valid range will result in a return value of 0.

The X coordinate of the pixel to get.

y

Dword
The Y coordinate of the pixel to get.

The colour of the pixel.
